No Return/Exchange Policy
Tan Soon Mui Food Industries strictly do not allow returns or exchanges once delivered due to Health and Safety Regulations and we seek customers’ understanding on this since the nature of all our products are considered to be Food and Beverages.
If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, kindly contact us for further assistance and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Tan Soon Mui Food Industries only deliver to Singapore. Delivery typically takes not more than 5 working days and we will make the necessary shipping arrangements so your order arrives within our standard delivery timings of 9.00am to 2.00pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday & Public Holidays.
Customers will not be able to choose a specific delivery timing and we do not ship during certain hours as on a daily basis, we experience high amount of orders and deliveries to tend to, and we are also subjected to the unpredictable weather and traffic conditions. Delivery will be based on our nearest convenience.
Customers are also advised to provide accurate contact details and addresses when placing order. Delivery may be delayed if inaccuracies are found and we will not be liable for such delays.
